How We Got To Where We Are Today
Fletes Construction LLC. has gone through a modernization process. It started as Fletes Plastering LLC. We began doing only stucco jobs and later on we moved to stone work as well. We believe that in order to stay afloat and continue to provide the best service for customers, we must keep innovating. Fletes Construction LLC. has over twenty years of experience with traditional & acrylic stucco and manufactured stone & natural stone work. We plan on expanding to many other parts of the construction industry in the near future as we continue this modernization process.
Fletes Construction LLC. has been a family owned and operated business since 1998. We are members of the Better Business Bureau and we are fully licensed and insured. Fletes Construction’s success is based on the complete satisfaction of our clients, giving them a fair price and excellent quality of work.
Our leadership team
Cesar J. Fletes - Owner
"I came to the US from Mexico to Minnesota where I worked in installing gas lines. Some time after, I went back to Mexico and then came to Colorado a year later where I started working in stucco. About three years of working in this industry, I started this company with my brothers."
Elia Fletes - Office Manager
"I studied business administration in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico and then came to the US to put my degree to use. I was a quality inspector at Rockshox, while working there, I studied at Pikes Peak Community College. I currently run the 'behind the scenes' or office work for Fletes."
Albino Fletes - Co-Owner
"I came to the US shortly after Cesar, we worked at the same company doing stucco. We decided to start our own company to do things our way and for ourselves. I am currently in the process of manufactured stone veneer to expand this business even further in the coming years."
Cesar O. Fletes - Estimator
"I was born and raised here in Colorado. I was brought through this business from the moment I was deemed responsible enough. I measure blueprints for Fletes at the moment and I am currently studying at Pikes Peak State College working on an Architectural Engineer degree.
